Larne Brick Extension
This extension to a rural dwelling in Larne required a new Master Bedroom suite, a new extended Kitchen Dining area and a new Utility Room. We enjoyed detailing the brick features and incorporating a full width roof light over the dining area to give a very pleasing finished job.
Holywood Brick Extension
This split level single storey extension to a dwelling we previously renovated almost doubles the floor area of the existing house, providing a master bedroom suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, a garden room and a linking hall with utilty room. Beautiful brick detailing, a powerfloated coloured concrete patio area and galvanised steel rainwater goods create a pleasing contempoary palette of materials.
We enjoyed executing this shaprly detailed soldier coursed overhanging brick soffit.
Ballyholme Extension
This New York loft style extension carried out in white painted brick. Floor to ceiling glazing in ‘Crittal’ style glazing looks great and brings light deep into the interior.
Holywood Larch Extension
Dwelling in Holywood — Larch clad master bedroom wing and utility extension. A further extension will provide extended living accommodation to the rear of the property.
